The Fastest Zip Line in the World – Introducing Velocity 2!
It’s been well almost 4 years since I first visited velocity 2 and what a surprise I had. The site has had an update with four Zip Lines now instead of two. This is great news for longer lasting and more fun with your family/friends.
Not only has the site increased in size, the zip line has been upgraded and it’s faster! The top speed is now 125mph due to the top of the zip line being moved higher and the bottom lower.
Learning about the new top speed and more zips I was extremely eager to get one. At the top I planned to use the second hand on my Karibu Original to count how fast it took to get to the bottom, but the spectacular views over the quarry and 125mph winds in my face were a bit of a distraction!
I will definitely give the Zip Line a go for a third time. But also need to try out the other sites that Zip World has to offer.
